Sept 13 (Reuters) – Amazon is pausing operations with Miami-based 21 Air, the cargo carrier that operated the Amazon-branded plane that crashed in Miami, the Wall Street Journal reported Sunday.
Amazon said it notified 21 Air leadership of the decision on Sunday, the report said.
At least five people died when an Amazon Prime Air cargo flight last week overran a runway and crashed while landing at Miami International Airport.
Reuters could not immediately verify the report. Amazon and 21 Air did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
