TAZEWELL COUNTY, Ill. – An autopsy is scheduled for Friday morning for the victim of a Christmas Eve fatal crash in Tazewell County.
Coroner Charles Hanley says the crash occurred in rural Mackinaw on Illinois Route Nine, between Davis Lane and Coal Road, and was reported just after 4:30 A.M. on Wednesday.
Hanley says the 62-year-old Mackinaw resident was pronounced dead at the scene.
No other information has been released at this time.
