My friends it’s a new year and it’s time for new beginings. As we made it through 2020, I myself have packed on a few pounds. Time for that to go and to start the new year off on the right foot. I’ve been doing this for a long time on and off. We call it “Skinny Soup” at home and we LOVE IT! It’s a perfect cold weather soup packed full of good stuff. It is filling but low in calories, just the perfect recipe for those on a diet or trying to lose weight! You can make as much as you want. Do you have the time?
