Well my friends a new study found, the key to being really happy is . . . sometimes just ignoring your responsibilities, doing something fun, and truly not thinking about the consequences. The researchers found when you do that, it helps your well-being and mental health. Sometimes just saying “screw it” and giving in to your impulse to do something fun without thinking about the consequences. I need to try this sometime but yet I don’t want to lose my job either so I’m on the fence I guess . . . People who can do this have a better sense of well-being and they’re less likely to suffer from depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues. Maybe one day 🙂 Check out the story (HERE)
