N.Korea says inter-Korean hotlines will be restored on Monday – KCNA

SEOUL (Reuters) – North Korea said on Monday it will restore severed inter-Korean hotlines starting Monday at 9:00 a.m. (1200 GMT), state media KCNA reported.
