PEORIA, Ill. – Severe thunderstorms that rolled through Central Illinois Wednesday evening have left thousands of people in the dark.
As of 8:30 a.m. Thursday, PowerOutage.us says over 5,500 residents are without power in Peoria County. There are roughly 1,130 without power in Tazewell County.
Other outages continue in Marshall County with nearly 650 residents in the dark. Henry County has nearly 1,400 without power.
