PEORIA, Ill. – A Peoria native got the Golden Buzzer Tuesday night on NBC’s America’s Got Talent.
Liv Warfield, a 1997 graduate of Peoria Notre Dame, will automatically advance to the Live Shows, the next round of competition on AGT, after Judge Simon Cowell said, “You just made our show great.”
Warfield was a track star and gymnast before making a career in music. She’s shared the stage with Prince and Nancy Wilson of Heart, appeared on several late night talk shows as a musical guest, and has toured on her own around the world.
The winner of America’s Got Talent wins a $1 million prize.
