PEORIA, Ill. – A Peoria Public Schools teacher faces a court date after she allegedly failed to report child sexual abuse.
Jennifer Cummins, 40, was arrested Tuesday, and released from jail with a notice to appear in court, on charges of Permitting the Sexual Abuse of a Child, Leaving a Child with a Known Sex Offender, and Failure to Report the Sexual Abuse of a Child.
