PEORIA, Ill. – A business on Prospect Road in Peoria was burglarized early Saturday.
The owners of Emo’s Dairy Mart say someone stole an ATM from the business prior to 4:00 a.m.
It was found down the street. The owners tell 25 News some of their tables turned up damaged as well.
Security cameras at the business were said to be down.
They’re a cash-only business otherwise, and manager Gabby Caunter says there isn’t expected to be much of an impact otherwise.
As for customers who come to Emo’s without cash, Caunter says for now, there are other nearby ATM’s.
No word from Police on the investigation.
