PEORIA, Ill. – The next big act to be announced as coming to the Peoria Civic Center is hard rock group Slipknot.
The group, as part of the “Knotfest Roadshow 2022,” will be at the Civic Center Thursday, April 7.
Tickets for the sale go on sale Friday, January 21, at 10 a.m., with a special presale the day prior.
Slipknot is going back on tour in two stages — the first being as part of Knotfest, the second as being with Cypress Hill.
Also, according to a Civic Center news release, “Fully embracing the crypto wave with real world utility, Knotfest Roadshow will be a part of Live Nation’s Live Stubs initiative which reimagines the ticket stub as digital, collectible NFTs. Live Nation’s Live Stubs will mirror the unique section, row, and seat of each ticket purchased, encouraging fans to hold onto their ticket stubs by offering incentives, real-world application, and value.”
