GUATEMALA CITY (Reuters) – Guatemala’s top court eliminated prison sentences for some corruption crimes by public servants, including justice officials like judges, a court ruling showed.
A fine or economic sanction would instead be applied to those crimes, according to the ruling which was dated Thursday.
