Well we welcome a NEW month and a NEW year. How did you do this past year on goals? This pandemic really has thrown us for a loop. If you stuck with it, good for you. If you fell off the wagon, hop back on. A new year can be a new beginning by saying goodbye to bad habits, perhaps learning to maintain a positive attitude. A New Year for many is a fresh start or so we desperately want to believe. A New Year, truly is . . . just another year that we meet with success, tragedy, or failure, personal or business, or all of the above. A New Year promises nothing more that what we bring forward. Resolutions don’t mean anything unless it’s something we’re already working on and have a strong desire to commit to. I myself have made many a resolution and failed to follow through on some. With a new year, my goal is to lose the pounds I promised myself this past year. We will see what happens but I feel positive about it. So as we bring forth a new year let’s start it off in a positive way. Ball is in your court 🙂
