“Wet Rag Rule” in Baseball?

Ok we are about a month away until Baseball starts back up again my friends. I know I’m ready to all the action! With that will come some NEW rules during the Covid 19 which is expected. It’s gone as far as how pitchers will be able to throw the baseball. It’s called the “Wet Rag Rule”, and it states that a pitcher can keep a wet rag in his back pocket as an alternative to constantly licking his fingers when he’s on the mound. It’s been the buzz on social media just recently. What do you think? Fans and players alike are having a good laugh over it. We’ll see where this goes though. Anyway it’s a start to better roads ahead for America’s game BASEBALL!!!!
