The artist who painted BILL CLINTON'S official portrait says he left a hidden reference to MONICA LEWINSKYin the painting . . . there's a shadow on the wall in the shape of a DRESS. He says the Clintons know about it, and want the painting removed from the National Portrait Gallery.
