BUZZ : Spoiler alert .. There was a shocker for fans of "Grey's Anatomy" - Dr. McDreamy is dead. The character played by Patrick Dempsey has been killed off the long-running ABC show. It happened in last night's episode. McDreamy dies of injuries he got when he was blindsided by a truck. The death of McDreamy leaves Meredith Grey to fend for herself as a single mom. This year's season finale is next month.
CBS is sending Letterman off the air with something a bit more expensive than the typical gold watch you get for retirement. The network is giving him 90 minutes of prime-time real estate for a tribute show. It's set for Monday, May 4 - and will be hosted by Ray Romano. Letterman's final show on CBS will be May 20.
To say Paul McCartney does all right for himself is an understatement. London's Sunday Times reports McCartney and his wife, Nancy Shevell, top its list of Britain's richest musicians with a fortune of $1.1 billion. Andrew Lloyd Webber is second with $976 million, followed by U2, Elton John and Mick Jagger.
