BUZZ : Divorce papers have been filed for GWYNETH PALTROW and CHRIS MARTIN. They cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split. They announced their "uncoupling" a year ago.
BOBBI KRISTINA BROWN's grandmother gave an update on her condition yesterday: She's no longer in a medically induced coma, but she has irreversible brain damage and she's still unresponsive. Brown is the daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown. Brown made comments over the weekend that his daughter was awake and watching him. " Bobbi Kristina Brown has been hospitalized since she was found unresponsive in her bathtub in January.
HBO is going to pot - at least for the subject matter for a comedy series. It has signed on to run six new episodes of "High Maintenance" - a Web series featuring a pot dealer who has many wacky clients. The series got its start on the Vimeo website. But HBO has gotten its hands on the full stash of 19 earlier shows - and will air those, too.
Willie Nelson is not only creating his own line of marijuana, he says it will be "the best on the market." Nelson has announced the Willie's Reserve line will be grown and sold in Colorado and Washington state, where recreational use of pot is legal. Nelson is collaborating with master growers for what he describes as "clean and consistent products." No word on when Willie's Reserve will be available.
MUSIC NEWS .... AC/DC drummer Phil Rudd has avoided going on trial Tuesday in New Zealand. He pleaded guilty Monday to a charge of threatening to kill a man who used to work for him. He also pleaded guilty to possessing methamphetamine and marijuana.
