BUZZ : A biography about Robin Williams will be out soon. A New York Times reporter is working on a book. Dave Itzkoff has written extensively about the comedian and actor, who committed suicide earlier this month. No publication date has been set.
"Two and a Half Men" star ASHTON KUTCHER tops the annual "Forbes" list of "The Highest-Paid Male TV Actors." He made $26 million over the past year. Ashton's co-star JON CRYER followed with $19 million. MARK HARMON from"NCIS" also pulled down $19 million.
CHRIS "THOR" HEMSWORTH and CHARLIE DAY from "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" have joined the cast of the new "Vacation" movie, which finally starts filming in September. ED HELMS is playing Rusty Griswold and CHRISTINA APPLEGATE will play his wife.
"TV Guide" is reporting that a "Full House" REVIVAL is in the works . . . and a lot of the original cast members are involved. In fact, everyone is down . . . except there's no word on Lori Loughlin, or Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen. It's unclear how close this is to actually happening . . . but it sounds serious enough that it could be pitched to networks.
