Do you have a friend or co-worker who is constantly stressed? If the answer is YES, you may want to keep your distance more often than not. A new study out of Canada says stress is CONTAGIOUS. So if you’re spending time with people who are stressed, it could mess with your brain and make you more stressed out, as well. Yea .. that makes sense.
I usually relieve stress by exercising, watching funny TV and eating Dots/Tropical Dots and other favorite gummy candy.
